Since 2022, I have been specializing in fixing revenue problems for Business Owners and CEOs through a unique sales and customer experience process.

Working as a Fractional Head of Sales focusing on revenue obstacles and trend analysis within small to mid-sized businesses.

2020-2022

YUP

Brought on to YUP Tutoring to develop a new strategy from their original design in math tutoring only.  Re-organized the Sales and Marketing team to focus on K-12 District wide tutoring.  Developed sales process, scripts, hired team and worked with Operations to refocus the platform.  Organization was acquired by Prenda.

2019-2020

Bark

I was brought on as the Senior Vice President of Sales at Bark to develop, launch, and grow the Schools new revenue channel.  Growth went from $0 to over $3M through optimal hiring, training, and coaching of a new sales team.  

Bark for Schools is a school safety product that detects potential threats across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and Chrome school devices, helping to protect students and schools alike. 

During my tenure I obtained my School Resource Officer Certification to aid in the sales process.

2013-2019

Edmentum

During my 6+ years as the West Regional Vice President of Sales at Edmentum, I had the pleasure of leading high-performing sales teams in the K-12 SaaS software industry. It was an excellent opportunity, where I was able to leverage my sales leadership expertise to drive exponential revenue growth and build strong customer relationships.

2003-2011

McGraw-Hill

During my 8 years as the Vice President of Sales at McGraw-Hill Construction, I developed and executed successful sales strategies that drove revenue growth and market expansion. Through my leadership in inside sales, outside sales, lead gen, and demand gen, I developed a deep understanding of the construction industry, honed my negotiation skills, and built strong relationships with key stakeholders, propelling my career forward.

2011-2013

Atomic Learning

During my two years as the Global Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Atomic Learning, I had the opportunity to work on a wide range of business areas, from sales and marketing to operations, international sales, and customer success. It was a exciting and challenging role that culminated in the successful acquisition and successful exit of the business.
